• Coffee is a perishable product, so only unopened bags may be returned.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit.

📦 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide a photo of the issue so we can quickly resolve it.
• We will cover the cost of replacement or refund, including shipping.

☕ Opened Coffee Bags
• For freshness reasons, opened coffee cannot be returned.
• However, we value your satisfaction — if a roast doesn’t meet your taste, we’ll offer:
• A one-time satisfaction discount on your next order, or
• A replacement sample of another roast to try.

🎁 Merchandise (Caps, Mugs, Apparel & More)
• Merchandise items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
